Jr. NTR got married to Narne Lakshmi Pranathi.  Lakshmi Pranathi father name is Narne Srinivasa Rao, he is the owner of the Studio N, a Telugu news Channel and Pranathi is also a relative of Nara Chandrababu Naidu. Jr NTR and his wife got married on 5 May 2011 at Hitex Exhibition Center, Madhapur. They have one son, Abhay Ram.

Jr. NTR was born on 20 May 1983 in Hyderabad to Nandamuri Harikrishna and Shalini. He is the grandson of Sr NTR. Jr. NTR has done his schooling from Vidyaranya High School in Hyderabad. He completed his Intermediate education from St. Mary’s College, Hyderabad. Jr. NTR is a trained Kuchipudi dancer.
